Hello! My name is Ben and I am fitness supervisor at thePoint4 I have been in the industry for over 15 years now. I developed my interest and understanding of health and fitness from an early age, being involved with both football and rugby to a high standard.  I was fortunate enough to represent the midlands playing rugby up to the age of 18 and played football for Hereford United at youth level.  A knee injury cut short my professional career but I continued my rugby through a scholarship with UWIC, a leading sports college in Cardiff.  During this time I was able to develop my profession and qualified as a Fitness Instructor.

My approach to personal training

My approach can be adapted for everyone! I have trained people from all walks of life and with all levels of fitness, differing goals and specific needs. My personal training clients range from those who are starting their fitness journey from scratch all the way through to Paralympic and Olympic hopeful athletes.
