Hello! I’m Leah and am proud to be a personal trainer at thePoint4. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience to help people like you help achieve the fitness levels they want.
I’ve always loved sports and fitness and used to be a keen athlete until I suffered a severe injury that left me unable to exercise for 4 years. When I started to get back to into fitness I appreciated the importance of good health and now have a better understanding of how hard it can be to overcome injury.
Away from work I am heavily in to extreme sports, I also make short online fitness videos that followers can try at home or in the gym and I love the fact that someone somewhere is trying some exercises and benefiting their lifestyle!
My approach to personal training
I understand that not everyone enjoys exercise, so I’m keen to use my motivational skills to help you understand the importance of physical activity and the benefits of toning up, losing weight and feeling better about your overall fitness. I take individual sessions in the gym as a fitness coach and also teach group classes and can tailor sessions to everybody’s requirements.
What you can expect
I engage well with all people, I love the social side of my job and thoroughly enjoy reaping the benefits that my clients achieve. So if you are looking for a trainer that can understand your needs, help achieve your individual goals and do this while putting a smile on your face then I would love to hear from you, let’s make a start towards a healthier lifestyle together.
