Barbell Superset will help you build muscular strength and tone. The superset combines multiple exercises to overload the major muscle groups of the body and improve your cardiovascular fitness at the same time. The class will vary each time, developing strength and endurance in the muscles of the upper body, lower body and core. Olympic lifts may also be included to add progression and variety.

How do I book?
Booking is advisable for all classes and can be done up to 7 days in advance, or 8 days if you are a member. Simply call 01432 376 376 to talk to our reception team. For non-members classes cost £6.50 and payment is required at time of booking.
