Ben Harwood – Personal Training
Hello! I am Ben Harwood, fitness supervisor at thePoint4. With over 15 years experience in the industry I was always interested in health and fitness, having played football and rugby to a high standard – representing the Midlands U18 rugby and youth football for Hereford United. A knee injury cut short my career but I continued rugby through a scholarship with UWIC, a leading sports college in Cardiff. During this time I was able to develop my profession and qualified as a Fitness Instructor.
My approach to personal training
My approach can be adapted for everyone! I have trained people from all walks of life and with all levels of fitness, differing goals and specific needs. My personal training clients range from those just starting their fitness journey all the way through to Paralympic and Olympic hopeful athletes.
What you can expect
A motivating and goal-driven session with clear targets and guidance where needed. I take great pleasure and much self-reward from helping others achieve their goals, improve quality of life and sense of well-being. Whatever your ultimate aim, it is achievable. I will work with you to enhance your knowledge, improve your training routines, accelerate your results and maximise your potential for success. Benefits include feeling and looking great, increased energy levels, decreased stress levels and a higher self-esteem. This is your chance to embrace fitness and get the results you’ve always wanted.
