This class has total body conditioning with a focus on upper body toning and strengthening.
Modern Pilates-based exercises are used for core strength and lunges and squats for legs.
There is particular emphasis on the correct technique for using handheld weights.

How do I book?
Booking is advisable for all classes and can be done up to 7 days in advance, or 8 days if you are a member. Simply call 01432 376 376 to talk to our reception team. For non-members classes cost £6.50 and payment is required at time of booking.
