Dynamic, challenging and varied workouts, Boot Camps are a great way to kick-start fitness, offer a safe and effective start to a weight loss programme or add to an existing training regime.
They’re really great for team-building – despite the sweat and tiredness there’s always lots of laughter with smiley people who gain a real sense of achievement and camaraderie.
You will need:
- Comfortable footwear e.g. trainers
- Shorts, T-shirt and a waterproof jacket
- Water bottle
- Small towel
- Positive attitude!
