The variation of circuit type and exercise selection makes this class different every week. Together with resistance training, the instructor will combine elements of other class types including Barbell Burn, Boxercise and LBT to keep the body guessing and the brain engaged. A fun class with motivational instruction, each week you will never quite know what you are going to get!

How do I book?
Booking is advisable for all classes and can be done up to 7 days in advance, or 8 days if you are a member. Simply call 01432 376 376 to talk to our reception team. For non-members classes cost £6.50 and payment is required at time of booking.
