Hurricane training is an intense series of beginner-to-advanced stretches, plyometric exercises and primal movements combined with extreme cardio, weight training and explosive core exercises.
Hurricane training focuses on muscle exhaustion, confusion and rapid repair so your body operates at it maximum potential. This allows individuals to make fitness gains while staying agile and explosive.

How do I book?
Booking is advisable for all classes and can be done up to 7 days in advance, or 8 days if you are a member. Simply call 01432 376 376 to talk to our reception team. For non-members classes cost £6.50 and payment is required at time of booking.
