A 45 minute exercise class to music, working on toning up the legs, bum and stomach incorporating an aerobic flow. Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness, including both standing and floor work.

How do I book?
Booking is advisable for all classes and can be done up to 7 days in advance, or 8 days if you are a member. Simply call 01432 376 376 to talk to our reception team. For non-members classes cost £6.50 and payment is required at time of booking.
