Hello! I’m James and I have been employed in the fitness industry as gym instructor, personal trainer and class instructor for over 6 years and loved every minute of it. Health and fitness isn’t just a job for me it’s a massive part of my life. I train 6 times a week focusing mainly on muscle hypertrophy and high intensity interval training for conditioning. I enjoy experimenting with different training methods and by trying them myself I can see how they work and their effectiveness before using them with clients. I undertake continuous research and development to perfect my skills and update my knowledge.
My approach to personal training
As a personal trainer I adapt training programmes to the specific needs of my clients, depending on their abilities. Sessions can either be 1-2-1 or as a group session and will be designed towards the clients goals whether that is weight loss, muscular endurance, hypertrophy or strength gains.
I will help you see the results you want, using my knowledge of different training techniques, nutrition and supplement advice and motivational skills. I will monitor your progress regularly by doing a variety of fitness tests, strength tests and body analysis testing.

I will train you hard, but also make sure we have fun and engaging sessions along the way. You will receive a specific, measurable, realistic, time efficient and effective plan to get the most from the time we spend in the gym together.
