Barbell Burn will help you build muscular strength and tone as well as cardiovascular fitness.
Exercises included in this class will vary by instructor but all will organize a workout that targets the entire body, to develop strength and endurance in the muscles of the lower body, upper-body and core.
Olympic lifts may also be included to add progression and variety.

How do I book?
Booking is advisable for all classes and can be done up to 7 days in advance, or 8 days if you are a member. Simply call 01432 376 376 to talk to our reception team. For non-members classes cost £6.50 and payment is required at time of booking.
