18.00 – 18.45 Wednesday Boot Camp sessions are now part of our Group Exercise Programme.
Hereford’s original and best – our Boot Camps are great fitness programmes of dynamic, challenging, indoor and outdoor activities, whatever the weather!
Sessions may be indoor or outside and will comprise a variety of dynamic activities according to the instructor on duty. Be prepared for some challenges!
Non Members welcome.
You will need suitable clothing and footwear (including for outdoors) a water bottle and a positive attitude!
