Our Exercise Classes
With a range of quality instructors, our group exercise program is a great way to get a workout in without having to think or plan. They are a great way to help keep you motivated and to push yourself harder.
With classes for all abilities, we believe that there is the perfect class for everyone; from those on a serious fitness drive to others who want keep active with a supportive, like minded community.

We advise booking your space on the class you wish to attend in advance – members can book 8 days in advance, and non-members 7 days. Non-members need to register here first. Please read our class booking etiquette below for information about missing classes.

This class focuses on strengthening the abdominals, glutes, lower back, hips, and shoulders either as the primary or supportive muscles. Challenge your core muscles and learn how to strengthen the muscles that stabilise your back, hips, and shoulders.

Tabata 18:00 - 18:45
Tabata is a type of high-intensity interval training routine (HIIT) with a strict regime of eight sets of intense exercises. Each one is carried for 20 seconds followed by 10-second rest intervals. Do this a total of eight times equals one Tabata (four minutes) Through a variety of exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide exactly what you are looking for.

Barre Incorporates the precision of Pilates with the positions, moves, grace and technique of ballet. Add to this the alignment of yoga and the strength from sports conditioning and you will have all the aspects of a typical Barre workout. A challenging and exciting workout, which stretches and sculpts the muscles, while burning fat. This workout produces dramatic results that redefine the entire body, without being a dancer.

A 45-minute strength class focused on Time Under Tension (TUT). Build strength and endurance with slow, controlled movements using dumbbells,barbells, kettlebells, bands, and bodyweight. Emphasizing tempo and technique, this low-impact, high-intensity workout targets every muscle group for maximum activation. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Class Booking Etiquette
Members can book fitness classes through our app, or directly with reception. Here are some guidelines for using the service.
Booking a class:
Members are recommended to book classes in advance to ensure participation in them.
Class bookings for members can be made eight days in advance, and seven days for non-members.
The times members will be able to book classes will be based on their membership access – for example members on off-peak memberships will only be able to book off-peak classes.
Members will not be able to book classes that overlap each other.
On arrival to a class:
Before starting a class, it’s important that members swipe in at reception, logging their attendance for their chosen class – failure in doing so may mean you get a ‘strike’ for missing the class.
Members must arrive on time for their classes, otherwise they risk their space being taken by another member.
If the member has not booked but wish to attend a class they should let reception know and the team can inform them whether there are any spaces available.
If there are no spaces available on the member’s chosen class, they will be given advice on other classes available to them.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A CLASS?
You will receive a class strike. Three strikes within 28 days will result in an 8-day class ban.
We operate a three strike non-attendance rule, whereby three no-shows within a 28 day rolling period will result in an 8 day booking ban. Any future classes you have booked will also be cancelled.
To avoid a strike you must cancel your class at least 4 hours before it starts or this will be recorded as a no-show. If you need to cancel a class, you can do so in seconds via our free App. Simply select ‘Cancel’ on your booked class.

Total Tone

SYNRGY

Stretch & Core
A low impact class suitable for all abilities. With a strong focus on mobility and strengthening muscles in and around the core. This class is ideal for mobility and injury prevention.

Boxercise

HIIT Deck
A fast-paced class combining strength training exercises with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) drills to achieve results very quickly. This class targets all the major muscle groups utilising our unique ‘Decks’. HIIT strength will stimulate a high metabolic response to melt away body fat and build lean muscle.
