Take an exercise class at thePoint4 and be supported by our fully qualified instructors. We want to make sure that there’s a fitness class to suit everyone, that’s why we offer classes for all ability levels, during the daytime and the evening. Don’t worry if you’re not a member, we welcome non-members too.
NO JOINING FEES
At thePoint4 we offer a wide range of gym memberships and with no joining fees! Non-members can also enjoy our state of the art gym premises.

Yoga is an alignment oriented practice that emphasises the forms and actions within yoga postures.
