Fitball and Core will help strengthen the core muscles: abs, hips, lower back and the thighs and may also involve adding resistance to advance your workout for the upper and lower body. You will see improvement in abdominal tone within weeks
Core strength is the key to functional strength and a healthy back.

How do I book?
Booking is advisable for all classes and can be done up to 7 days in advance, or 8 days if you are a member. Simply call 01432 376 376 to talk to our reception team. For non-members classes cost £6.50 and payment is required at time of booking.
