RNC Student-led classes
thePoint4 is part of the Royal National College for the Blind (RNC) – the UK’s leading further education for people with visual impairments. Classes are available for just £2 for non-members and are free for thePoint4’s members.
The RNC Sport and Recreation department is located in thePoint4 building and as part of the students’ work-based learning in a real gym environment they offer free exercise classes and welcome thePoint4 members, as well as members of the public.

Cardiometrics (Mondays 18.00 to 19.00)
This high intensity work-out combines cardio and plyometric training to develop fitness and power to supercharge your workout, improving all aspects of your physical ability.
Dual Exercise (Tuesdays 18.00 to 19.00)
A high energy aerobic circuit work-out combining cardio and resistance training exercises that will help develop strength and cardio fitness.
Core-action (Wednesdays 18.00 to 19.00)
If you’re up for a challenge, come and join in this class – you will enhance your body posture and alignment to improve tone, balance and build strength.
Fab Abs (Thursdays 18.00 to 19.00)
Come and get the abs you’ve always wanted with this work-out featuring a variety of abdominal and cardio fat burning exercises to help tone and sculpture your body.
