My Approach to Personal Training

I offer a range of bespoke personal training services to individuals, couples, small and large groups, as well as the corporate health and fitness market. Your fitness journey will be tailored to meet your aims and goals best suited to meet your lifestyle requirements.

From your initial consultation (face to face, email or via the telephone) I will assess your goals and aspirations and design an individual personal training / nutrition programme to propel you towards your overall health and fitness objectives. Your plan will be continually reviewed and updated as you progress.
