This emphasises the link between mind, body and breath. Physically it helps to improve strength, flexibility and energy. On a mental level it helps gain a deeper sense of awareness, better concentration, increased self-confidence and well-being, and a calm and relaxed mind. Performed in the Spa area at thePoint4, the room is heated to around 35 degrees which increases both heart rate and flexibilty.

Booking is advisable for all classes and can be done up to 7 days in advance, or 8 days if you are a member. Simply call 01432 376 376 to talk to our reception team. For non-members classes cost £6.50 and payment is required at time of booking.
