James has been working in the fitness industry as a gym instructor, personal trainer and class instructor since 2005. Health and fitness isn’t just a job for James, it’s a massive part of his life. He trains six times a week focusing mainly on muscle hypertrophy and high-intensity interval training for conditioning. He enjoys experimenting with different training methods and by trying them himself allows him to see how effective they are before using them with clients. He undertakes continuous research and development to perfect his skills and update his knowledge.
James is happy to adapt training programmes to meet the specific needs of his clients, depending on their abilities. Sessions can either be one-two-one or as a group session and will be designed towards clients’ goals, whether they are for weight loss, muscular endurance, hypertrophy or strength gains.
With your bespoke programme James will monitor your progress regularly by doing a variety of fitness and strength tests and body analysis. He will train you hard, but also make sure that the sessions are fun and engaging. You will receive a specific, measurable, realistic, time efficient and effective plan to get the most from the time spent together in the gym.
