Signing up for premium membership allows you to access the gym and all of our group exercise classes during our opening hours. We have a wide range of new equipment available to help you tailor your workout and achieve your fitness goals.

Appointments include:

• Starting Point – Initial orientation
• Focus Point 1 – Goal evaluation
• Focus Point 2 – Individual fitness programme
• Check Point – Programme review
