Plenty of staff available to assist if required. Gým on one level, great place.
We hire this facility on a regular basis to play wheelchair rugby league, the staff are always friendly and helpful, there is plenty of parking and the building and facilities are in very good order. the showers have quite possibly the best water pressure i have ever seen!
Rejoined the gym recently and it's like I never left, I was remembered and welcomed back. I'm trying g some different classes out and really enjoying them so far! Great instructors too....Spin with Tony, Core & Stretch with Brendon and Yoga with Jess!! X
Played wheelchair rugby league here against Hereford Harriers. Great place only criticism is only one lift to get down to the hall. Since found out there's a ground floor carpark that you can go straight into the fire exit with your wheelchairs and kit. Point to remember next time.
A good hall for competitions, has all the necessary amenities and the quality overall is good. I competed in a table tennis tournament and had no issues such as slippery floor or lights being too dim. It is very close to town therefore for food and accomodation purposes there is plenty around.
I just called to apologise for missing my class due to work and the Reception asked if everything was alright!!!! I love the community feel we’ve got going on at P4. It’s the highlight of my day most days.
It is a modern, lively and supportive environment where everybody of all fitness levels is encouraged to meet their full potential.

Awesome Legs Bums and Tums with Charlie this morning. A work out to 80s tunes is hard to beat.
I was at the venue for a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournament. The sports hall was perfect for the event, the changing rooms were OK and the showers were spacious and very good. Plenty of parking space.
Very welcoming - I was only there for a few hours but felt comfortable - hope to go back to take part in some classes - good facilities !
