This class emphasises the link between mind, body and breath. Physically it helps to improve strength, flexibility and energy. On a mental level it helps gain a deeper sense of awareness, better concentration, increased self-confidence and well-being, and a calm and relaxed mind.
It can also improve the general quality of life and the ability to live in the moment. Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing), meditation and relaxation are key features of Classic Yoga.

How do I book?
Booking is advisable for all classes and can be done up to 7 days in advance, or 8 days if you are a member. Simply call 01432 376 376 to talk to our reception team. For non-members classes cost £6.50 and payment is required at time of booking.
