About Me

I have been part of The Point 4 team since 2022 and really enjoy the atmosphere here. As someone who has trained in the gym since 2020, I understand both the physical and mental health benefits that exercise has given me. This means that I am passionate about helping others in the same way whether you are just starting out or have specific goals I will support you in every aspect. My main style of training is weightlifting in order to build muscle and strength, however I have also achieved goals over the years to both lose and gain weight which has involved cardio training and changes in nutrition too.

I hope to bring a fresh influence to The Point 4 with my knowledge of the latest fitness trends, for example science-based lifting. I am happy to tailor to anyone’s fitness goals and look forward to a future of personal training alongside my gym instructor role.
