thePoint4 offers total of 117 rooms in total available for booking (outside of term time). The facilities consist of three halls of residence including 31 Rooms in Campbell, 55 Rooms in Stephens and 31 Rooms in Dowdell Hall.

All residential halls are located on the same campus, and within a few minutes walking distance of each other.

Each room is equipped with a single bed, ensuite shower and toilet facilities, desk, wardrobe and shelving units.

All rooms have access to a communal kitchen located in the same corridor, there are also a small number self-contained flats available. Kitchens are equipped with refrigerators, freezers, ovens, kettles and toasters.

All rooms have access to communal laundry machines, located in the same corridor – both washing and drying.

There are general communal rooms in all halls featuring cosy sofas and digital televisions with satellite and internet access. Rooms are accessible via swipe-pass to ensure security.

A catering service providing breakfast, lunch and dinner in our bistro situated in the main building is also available by prior arrangement.
