As a gym instructor with extensive experience at Bannatyne’s Gym, I’ve had the opportunity to create and lead a variety of specialized fitness classes. These include Strength & Conditioning, LBT (Legs, Bums, and Tums), Circuits, Aqua Aerobics, and tailored small group sessions. My approach to fitness is shaped by my own experiences as a multi-sport athlete, having represented Gloucester district and County in cricket and participating in the Gloucester rugby development programme. Additionally, I draw upon my knowledge from playing tennis and football, integrating this diverse athletic background into my training methods.

I am passionate about Hyrox, a new and exciting fitness race that combines both cardiovascular endurance and strength challenges. My classes and training sessions are designed to push my clients to achieve their best in both disciplines, making fitness both effective and enjoyable.

Having studied at Hartpury College, where I obtained my Level 2 and 3 diplomas in rugby, I laid the foundation for a career that blends my love for sport with fitness instruction. My aim is to inspire others to reach their fitness goals, drawing on the versatility and knowledge I’ve developed throughout my athletic and coaching career.

Training Style: My style focuses on high-performance fitness, blending endurance, strength, and agility. I believe in personalized approaches to fitness, which is why I develop customized training plans that fit individual goals, using sports-inspired and Hyrox-style challenges to enhance both physical and mental strength.
