Ever thought about trying Spin but weren’t sure where to start or what the instructions really mean? We’ve got you covered! Join us for an open day to explore our brand-new Spin room. You’ll have the chance to check out the space, try out the Spin bikes at your own pace and chat with our friendly instructors who’ll walk you through how everything works. We’ll also be running a live demo and if you’re feeling adventurous, you can even join a class—on us!
Here’s the schedule:
11:20 – 11:30: Spin demo with our instructor—no booking needed, just come along!
11:30 – 12:15: Free class for non-members—please call to reserve your spot.
12:15 – 16:30: The Spin room will be open for you to explore. Instructors will be available to answer questions and show you how to get the most out of a Spin session.
