We’re very excited to announce our exclusive Summer Bootcamp. Five days of early morning sessions to make sure you’re fit and ready for all that summer has in store.


With a mix of circuits and high intensity training led by our Fitness Manager James, sessions are designed to reinvigorate your summer routine and are suitable for all abilities.


Running every morning from 6am-7am from Monday 15th July to Friday 19th July, including a mid-week recovery session with Gareth.
