Yin Yoga is a slow paced, meditative style of yoga that targets deep connective tissues.

1.30PM – 2.30PM Gong Bath With Lizzie

It was through Yoga I experienced my first Gong bath 10 years ago. Since then, I have been hooked…. the experience was profound, taking me into an effortless, meditative state. Incredibly relaxing & calming …. the aftermath of the session left me literally BUZZING!!!… I felt amazing, energised, with a sense of inner contentment & clarity in my headspace.

Having such positive results time & time again, led me to start my training as a Sound Therapist in 2020…… Now BUZZING (almost) daily!!! 

I am qualified with The College of Sound Healing (COSH) as a Sound Therapist. Offering both group & one to one Gong bath Sound Meditation sessions, working with gongs, singing bowls, & a variety of other sound healing instruments.
