Hi! I work to helping people reach their general fitness goals — whether that means getting stronger, moving better, or simply building healthier habits that last.
I love taking classes such as SpinRevolution, Cycle Circuits, HIIT, Synergy, TUT S+C to name a few.
I believe training should be challenging but enjoyable. I work to create a supportive, motivating space where you can push yourself, so you can progress towards your goals.
I’m also committed to constantly growing my knowledge to better support people. I’m currently expanding into Level 3 GP Exercise Referral, Level 4 Diploma in Nutrition, Level 4 Diploma in Nutrition in Sport, Level 4 and Pre & Post Natal Exercise — so I can work with a wider range of individuals and help as many people as I can, with their training.
